I am a 33 year old, educated, fit and active third gender transsexual. I have already done a lot of cool stuff in my short 33 years of life. For example, after serving six honorable years as a USAF intelligence analyst, I decided to pursue my third college degree. I currently have two associates and I am on the home stretch to achieve my most recent academic endeavor, a BA&S from the Evergreen State College. After I am done with the aforementioned BA&S degree, I am possibly going to pursue medical school, but we'll see how I feel after I earn my bachelors. In the mean time I am also trying to start a business providing business's with transgender cultural competency, sensitivity training, and consulting services. If my business does well enough I may forgo medical school, but again, we'll see how things turn out. In my spare time (when I am not neck deep in school): I like to garden, ride my bicycle, cook (I prize myself as being a competent and reasonably good cook, though this is only my opinion, so take that with a grain of salt ;), casting silver jewelry, volunteer, going on walks with my dogs (even better with a special someone;), I also enjoy writing, as I am currently in the process of authoring a book called 'Zen Guns and Gender,' release date TBD. I am kind of a busy bee to say the least. I am not very competitive and if there are any sports I enjoy, bowling and disc golf are two of them, though many do not see them as sports the way I do. I also enjoy the outdoors and backpacking when I get the chance to go. I am a vegetarian, though I do not expect you to be, to each their own as far as that is concerned. I am not into video games whatsoever, or into too much pop culture stuff for that matter (I am more of an NPR kind of person). With that being said, I personally find intelligence very sexy, as I pride myself on being sort of sexy transwoman version of Spock. I enjoy very cerebral things like astronomy, documentaries, philosophical and scientific discussions and so on. A few movies I like: Donnie Darko, Boonedock Saints, Samsara, Avatar, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, and the new Star Trek. A couple shows I like: Orange is the New Black and the United States of Tara. Some music I like: Talking Heads, Fine Young Cannibals, Blind Melon, Jimi Hendrix and the Rolling Stones. Food I like: Vegetarian, mediterranean, Korean, and sometimes fish / seafood. A good time / date can look like: a bicycle ride, a hike or a walk, a trip to the farmers market, volunteering, stargazing, amongst other things. I don't mind staying in though from time to time, especially if snuggling is involved, as I am a cuddler. As far as my personality, I am an outgoing introvert (yes, there is such a thing). I do not enjoy going to loud and crazy places like clubs, as I am more of a quiet pub gal. I am kind of.. well ok I am a nerd (that is if you didn't already figure it out). I really enjoy astronomy, as well as pretty much anything science related in general, which speaks to the way I see and interact with the world. I am hoping to meet a nice person who is capable of treating me as well as I treat them. I am not shy about admitting I am a romance thirsty person. With that being said, I am not into hookups or one night stands, just not my thing. I'm hoping for something longterm assuming I meet the right person. I am out and proud as far as being trans (given my business, I kind of have to be), so I am not willing to be in any sort of closeted relationship.
